1. Continue to the end of these introductory materials or click the "go to course" link to the left to access your course progress report. This page will list the units you must complete in this phase and your progress to date.

2. From this page, click on a unit name to access that unit.

3. You will then be presented with a main page for that unit, which describes the modules you must complete within that unit.

4. Complete the modules in the order presented. Some cases studies ask you to take a short quiz before continuing on; the quiz scores (or pretest scores) are not recorded.

5. After you have read through the cases, Take the Post Test. You must complete the test in one sitting. This normally takes approx. 25 minutes.

6. After the test review the Targeted Feedback, which explains the principles behind each question.

7. If you are instructed to do so, read the Supplemental Materials to clarify misconceptions about applicable principles. Then take the Supplemental Test, focusing on key principles addressed in the Unit.

8. Remember to complete the post-course survey before you exit the course.

9. When you have successfully completed all of the required units, your final report will be automatically sent to your course administrator.
